{"id":50,"date":"2010-04-30T15:02:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-30T15:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coachingconjoaquin.com\/?p=50"},"modified":"2010-04-30T15:02:00","modified_gmt":"2010-04-30T15:02:00","slug":"liderazgo-de-servicio-servant-leadership-por-fin-empezamos-a-entrar-en-razon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coachingconjoaquin.com\/?p=50","title":{"rendered":"Liderazgo de Servicio (Servant Leadership): por fin empezamos a entrar en raz\u00f3n."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bueno, esta ha sido una semana mixta, de alegrias y de penas..como todas, en realidad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glasbergen.com\/images\/g181.gif\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"212\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glasbergen.com\/images\/g181.gif\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una de las alegr\u00edas ha sido encontrarme este post en el blog de Manuel Gross sobre lo que yo llamar\u00eda \u00abLiderazgo de Servicio\u00bb o en Ingl\u00e9s, Servant Leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando hace algunos a\u00f1os me lance al reto de crear mi propia compa\u00f1\u00eda de&nbsp;consultoria&nbsp;y desarrollo de personas y organizaciones, Triforma, estaba convencido de que solo mediante el desarrollo de las personas se&nbsp;pod\u00eda&nbsp;desarrollar a las organizaciones, y de que, a su vez, esto era la clave de la excelencia y del beneficio sostenido y sostenible. Algunas personas, conocidos&nbsp;m\u00edos, ejecutivos de compa\u00f1ias cliente, etc..me daban la raz\u00f3n, pero me decian \u00abuffff&#8230;pero es que para llegar a eso nos queda&nbsp;todav\u00eda&nbsp;mucho!!\u00bb&#8230;como si fuera una&nbsp;utop\u00eda&nbsp;irrealizable, un ideal a alcanzar con buena voluntad.<\/p>\n<p>En aquel entonces, con una bonanza&nbsp;econ\u00f3mica&nbsp;sin precedentes, se compraba mucho coaching y mucha formaci\u00f3n, pero en realidad muy pocas organizaciones lo&nbsp;hac\u00edan&nbsp;con fundamento: en realidad se compraba la mayor parte de las veces porque estaba de moda. Muy pocas organizaciones median de forma consistente el retorno de su inversi\u00f3n en el proceso de coaching, o del training. Hoy,&nbsp;despu\u00e9s&nbsp;de la madre de todas las crisis, hemos comenzado no solo a ser m\u00e1s realistas, sino a empezar a entender el concepto esencial: las organizaciones son personas, y las personas son esencialmente coraz\u00f3n. Sin eso, todo lo dem\u00e1s, simplemente no funcionara, o funcionar\u00e1 de forma deficiente. Es un hecho cada dia m\u00e1s evidente el que no podemos impactar en el cuenta de PyG sin la creatividad, innovaci\u00f3n y entusiasmo de nuestra gente, y eso solo se logra motivando y desarrollando. No hay otro modo.
